Data Deletion Request

This page describes how to request deletion of your FluxNote account, any videos or images you generated, and any third-party platform credentials (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) we store on your behalf.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address registered to your FluxNote account to:
Subject line: Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- •The email address registered to your FluxNote account
- •Whether you want full account deletion, or deletion of a specific connected platform only (e.g. “disconnect Instagram only”)
- •Any specific video or image IDs you want removed (optional)
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days. We will email confirmation when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- •Your FluxNote profile (email, name, password hash, OAuth identifiers)
- •All videos and images you have generated
- •All connected social-account access tokens (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- •Subscription and billing history (after legally required retention period)
What we cannot delete
- •Videos you have already published to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, those live on the destination platform; please use that platform's own deletion tools.
- •Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. tax invoices for paid subscriptions, retained for the period required by applicable law).
