How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your FluxNote account and go to Account Settings → Subscription. Click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period — no data is lost immediately.
What is the refund timeline?
Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5–7 business days to appear on your original payment method. Annual plan refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. See our full refund policy for details.
How do I contact support?

What happens to my videos if I downgrade to the Free plan?
All videos and projects you created on a paid plan remain accessible. You simply cannot create new videos beyond the Free tier limit (3 per month). Your data is never deleted solely because of a downgrade.
I was charged twice. What should I do?
Email support@fluxnote.io immediately with the subject Duplicate Charge — [Your Order ID]. We will verify and issue a full refund within 5 business days.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — the Free plan is permanently free with no credit card required, giving you 3 videos per month. This lets you try the full creation workflow before upgrading to a paid plan.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. Go to Account Settings → Subscription and select the Annual option. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle. Annual plans save up to 21% compared to monthly billing.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express), UPI, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment gateway. Available methods may vary by country.
