Why a Twitter or X video may not download
Make sure the URL points to a specific public post and that the post still opens normally. Private accounts, deleted posts, age or region restrictions, login requirements, unsupported embeds, source changes, and processing limits can prevent a download.
Downloading a publicly viewable video does not transfer its copyright or grant reuse permission. Save only media you created, licensed, or are otherwise authorized to download, and keep any attribution required by the rights holder.
