Will there be a watermark on my videos?
No. There is no watermark on any FluxNote plan, including the Free tier.
This is a core policy, not a premium feature. You can download the single video from your Free plan each month and use it commercially without any FluxNote branding.
The Rise plan at $7.99/mo annual ($9.99/mo monthly) gives you 21 videos per month, all watermark-free. This contrasts with many platforms that place prominent watermarks on free-tier outputs or even on paid tiers until you reach a specific enterprise level.
Our stance is that if you're paying with your time or money, the output is yours. The only identifier is in the video metadata, which is standard for digital file provenance.
There are no surprise logos, text overlays, or corner badges added in post-processing. This applies to all 11 AI video models, from Sora 2 Pro to Runway Gen-4, and all image-to-video animations.
If watermark-free output is a primary concern, your evaluation can stop here.
How many videos can I actually make, and what happens if I run out?
Plan limits are hard monthly caps, not credits that roll over. The Free plan is 1 video per calendar month.
The Rise plan provides 21 videos/month, which is enough for a consistent creator publishing roughly 4-5 videos per week. The Pro plan offers 50 videos/month, and Max offers 150.
If you hit your limit, you cannot generate more videos until your quota resets on your billing cycle date. There is no "overage" charging; the system simply stops.
This is intentional to prevent surprise bills. Your image credits (100 on Free, 1,000 on Rise) are separate and used for generating or enhancing still images with models like FLUX 2 Pro or GPT Image 2.
A key tip: One video generation consumes one video credit, regardless of length or which of the 11 AI video models you use. There is no cost difference between generating a 5-second clip with Kling 3.0 and a 20-second clip with Veo 3.1.
Plan your monthly cadence accordingly. If you need a buffer, the Pro plan at $15/mo annual offers more than double the videos of Rise for less than double the price.
Which AI model should I use? (A practical walkthrough for your first ~3-minute video)
The model list can be overwhelming. Here's a direct workflow for your first video. Step 1 (30 seconds): Log in and click 'Create Video'.
Choose a Studio template—'Faceless' or 'UGC-style ads' are good starters—to get a pre-built structure for your script and visuals. Step 2 (1 minute): Write or paste your script. The system will automatically segment it into scenes.
Step 3 (45 seconds): This is the key choice. For general high-quality footage: Select 'Veo 3.1 Quality' or 'Sora 2 Pro'. For a specific aesthetic like cinematic: Choose 'Runway Gen-4'.
For highly realistic human motion: Pick 'Kling 3.0'. You can generate a 5-second test clip with any model without penalty to preview style. Step 4 (30 seconds): Select a voice from the 350+ ElevenLabs options.
Filter by language and accent. Use the preview heavily. Step 5 (15 seconds): Click generate.
Your video enters the queue. Time-to-first-video is typically ~3 minutes, though it can vary based on model load. You do not need to understand the technical differences between Hailuo 2.3 and Seedance 2.0; use the descriptive labels and run short tests.
The platform is built for this experimentation within your plan limits.
Is my content private, and what about AI detection?
All video generations are private to your account. We do not use your prompts, inputs, or outputs to train our or any third-party's foundational AI models.
Your generated videos are stored on your account dashboard and can be deleted at any time; deletion is permanent from our servers. Regarding AI-content detection: This is a cat-and-mouse game, and no tool can guarantee invisibility.
However, FluxNote provides specific levers to reduce detectability. First, use the animated captions (karaoke, kinetic) to add a layer of human-like post-production.
Second, use the voice cloning feature (available on paid plans) to generate a clone of your own voice, which adds unique biometric data not present in stock AI voices. Third, utilize the image-to-video feature, starting from an original photograph you own, which seeds the generation with non-public data.
Finally, all plans allow commercial use, so you own the copyright to the output. You are responsible for how you use it, but we provide the tools to make the content feel less formulaic than standard AI video outputs.
How does voice cloning work, and is it safe/ethical?
Voice cloning in FluxNote uses a secure, licensed implementation. You upload a clean audio sample (minimum 1 minute, clear speech, no background noise).
The system creates a private voice model unique to your account. This clone is not shared with other users or used for any other purpose.
It is ethical to clone your own voice or voices for which you hold explicit, written commercial and moral rights (e.g., a client who has contracted you). It is unethical and against our terms to clone a voice without permission—this includes celebrities, colleagues, or anyone who has not consented.
The system includes technical safeguards, but ultimately, enforcement relies on our reporting system and your integrity. Using your own cloned voice has practical benefits: brand consistency across videos and a significant reduction in the 'AI voice' feel that audiences can spot.
It's a powerful feature for serious creators on the Pro or Max plans, but it comes with a clear requirement for ethical use.
What's the real cost for users in India?
We have localized pricing for India, which is approximately 3x cheaper than the US dollar equivalents when accounting for purchasing power parity. The Rise plan is ₹999/month, and the Pro plan is ₹1699/month.
We accept UPI payments, which is the standard for the region. This is not a temporary discount but a permanent pricing structure.
The features and limits are identical to the global plans: 21 videos/month on Rise, 50 on Pro, access to all 11 AI video models and 19 image models, no watermarks, and all voices. The Free plan is also available.
This pricing addresses a common barrier where tools priced in USD become prohibitively expensive for creators and small businesses in India. If you are comparing costs, a direct conversion of $9.99 USD is roughly ₹830, but our Rise plan at ₹999 includes local payment support and is structured for the market.
The value is clear when compared to international competitors charging full USD rates.
What if I need a refund or my video generation fails?
Our refund policy is specific. If a video generation fails technically (e.g., the job errors out, returns a corrupted file, or completely misses the prompt in a way that's a system fault), we refund the video credit to your monthly quota automatically.
You can regenerate. For subscription refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
However, you can downgrade or cancel at any time, and the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to the features of your paid plan until that cycle ends.
Given the Free plan exists with no credit card required, the expectation is that you test the service thoroughly before subscribing. For annual plans, there is a 30-day money-back guarantee from the initial signup date if you are dissatisfied.
The best approach is to use the Free plan's 1 video and 100 image credits to validate the quality and speed match your needs. This is why we built the Free tier with no watermark—it's a full-powered test.
Pro Tips
- Start with the Free plan (1 video, 100 images, no watermark) to validate quality. No credit card is required.
- If you publish 4-5 videos per week, the Rise plan at $7.99/mo annual (21 videos) is the minimum viable tier. The Free plan's 1 video/month will not suffice.
- Use the 'Faceless' or 'UGC-style ads' Studio templates for your first video to skip scene-by-scene setup and get a result in ~3 minutes.
- Always generate a 5-second test clip with your chosen AI video model before committing a full video credit to ensure the visual style matches your need.
- For users in India, select the India pricing page at checkout (Rise ₹999/mo, Pro ₹1699/mo) and pay via UPI for the localized rate.
