You're worried about committing to a tool before you know it works. FluxNote's free plan gives you one watermark-free video per month to test everything—no credit card needed. We built it so you can go from signup to a finished video in about 3 minutes, using the same 11 video models (like Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3.1) and 19 image models (like FLUX 2 Pro) as our paid plans.

Why FluxNote's onboarding wins on speed
Most AI video tools make you watch tutorials before you can create. FluxNote's interface is built for immediate action.
The dashboard presents three primary creation paths the moment you log in: 'Text to Video', 'Image to Video', and 'Studio Templates'. You don't need to navigate menus.
Clicking 'Text to Video' opens a simple prompt box pre-populated with an example optimized for good results, like 'A futuristic cityscape at dusk, neon lights reflecting on wet streets, cinematic.' Below it, you see the 11 available video models (Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3 Quality, Kling 3.0, etc.) with a one-sentence description of each model's strength. You don't have to be an AI expert; you pick based on the style you want.
From there, you select a voice from over 350 ElevenLabs options across 30+ languages, or one of 13 OpenAI voices. You can type your script or paste it.
The 'Generate' button is large and central. The system estimates a 90-second generation time for a 15-second clip.
Your first video is typically ready before you can finish reading this paragraph. This is intentional: we measure 'Time-to-first-video' internally, and as of 2026-05-14, it averages under 3 minutes for new users who follow the default path.
Your first video: a step-by-step walkthrough (3 minutes)
Here is the exact, numbered process to create and download your first FluxNote video. 1. Sign up at FluxNote.io using an email or Google account. No credit card is required for the free plan. 2.
On your dashboard, click the large 'Text to Video' card. 3. In the prompt field, replace the example text with a simple, descriptive sentence. For best first results, use: 'A cute corgi puppy playing in a sunny park, green grass, slow motion.' 4.
Directly below, select a video model. For this prompt, choose 'Veo 3.1' for its realistic animal movement. 5. Set the video duration to 10 seconds using the slider. 6.
Scroll to the 'Voice' section. Click 'Browse Voices' and type 'warm' in the search. Select 'ElevenLabs - Warm & Friendly Male'. 7.
In the script box, type: 'This joyful puppy is having the best day.' 8. Click the orange 'Generate Video' button. A progress bar will show an estimated 70-second wait. 9.
When complete, the video player appears. Click the 'Download' button (downward arrow) in the top right of the player. The video will save as an MP4 file to your computer with no watermark. 10. (Optional) Click 'Animate Captions' above the player, select 'Karaoke' style, and click 'Generate' to add animated text.
Download this version separately. Total active time: under 90 seconds. Total clock time, including generation: ~3 minutes.
You now have a usable, watermark-free video file.
What you're privately worried about: privacy, watermarks, and refunds
We know you're pasting real scripts and maybe using your own voice clone. You worry if that data is safe, or if you'll get hit with a hidden watermark on your final export.
Here's our stance, plainly. Privacy: Your prompt inputs, uploaded images, and generated videos are stored on our secure servers to provide your generation history.
We do not use your content to train our or any third-party AI models. Your video files are encrypted at rest.
You can delete any asset permanently from your 'My Library' page, which triggers a secure erase from our backups within 30 days. Watermarks: This is a common fear.
FluxNote does not add any watermark, logo, or branding to your exported video files on any plan, including the free tier. The 1 video/month free limit is a counter, not a quality gate.
The video file you download is clean. Refunds: If you subscribe to a paid plan (Rise at $7.99/mo annual, Pro at $15/mo annual, Max at $30/mo annual) and are dissatisfied, you can request a refund within the first 7 days of a new subscription cycle via our support chat.
We process these manually and promptly. For India-based users paying via UPI (Rise ₹999/mo, Pro ₹1699/mo), the same 7-day policy applies.
We don't fight refunds for genuine first-time dissatisfaction; it builds more trust than it costs.
Use FluxNote when you need these 5 specific things
- 1Faceless, UGC-style ads for TikTok/Reels: Use the 'UGC-style ads' template category with our 'PuLID face identity' image model to maintain a consistent fictional spokesperson across videos without filming anyone. 2. Rapid, high-volume content for a channel: The Max plan ($30/mo annual) gives 150 videos/month, which is 5 videos per day. The priority queue means you're never waiting behind free users. 3. Multi-format repurposing: Generate a video from text, then use the same project to create 8+ styles of animated captions (Karaoke, Kinetic), and export separate versions for different platforms—all from one generation. 4. Testing multiple AI models side-by-side: Paste the same prompt, generate videos with Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3.1, and Kling 3.0 simultaneously, and compare the outputs in your dashboard to learn which model fits your niche. 5. Cost-effective scaling from hobby to pro: Start free (1 video), upgrade to Rise ($7.99/mo for 21 videos) when you need more, then jump to Pro ($15/mo for 50 videos) when you're publishing weekly. The per-video cost drops from ~$0.38 on Rise to ~$0.30 on Pro.
Use a competitor only in this 1 narrow scenario
If your entire workflow depends on generating videos that feature a photorealistic, talking human AI avatar that can be customized to look like a specific person (e.g., a CEO avatar for every corporate training video), you should use a tool like HeyGen or Synthesia.
FluxNote's 'Faceless videos' strength is in animation, stock footage-style clips, and illustrative content, not in creating a simulated human presenter.
Our 'PuLID face identity' model is for applying a consistent artistic face to illustrations, not for driving a lip-syncing, emoting digital human.
For 95% of creators making marketing content, social media clips, explainers, or artistic shorts, a talking head is not necessary and often reduces engagement compared to dynamic b-roll.
But if that human avatar is a non-negotiable client requirement, that's the only time we'd point you elsewhere.
Going beyond the first video: templates and advanced features
After your first text-to-video, explore the 'Studio Templates' to multiply your output speed. These are not just themes; they are pre-configured workflows.
For example, select the 'Reddit Story' template. The interface changes: you now have a field to paste a Reddit post URL.
FluxNote will scrape the text and auto-split it into a narrative script. It pre-selects the 'Storytelling' voice profile and the 'Illustration' visual style using the Seedream v5 image model.
You hit generate, and it produces a series of illustrated scenes with voiceover. The 'Top-5 List' template structures your script into numbered points, automatically adding on-screen counters and transition effects.
The '3D Animated' template defaults to the LTX video model for a CGI look. For advanced users, the 'Image to Video' tool lets you upload any image (a product photo, a logo, an illustration) and animate specific elements with motion prompts.
Upload a logo, prompt 'slow zoom in with a gentle glow', and get a 5-second intro stinger. The 'Voice Clone' feature (available on Pro and Max plans) allows you to train a personal voice model in about 10 minutes using a clean audio sample.
This cloned voice then appears in your voice list for any future video. These features exist to reduce repetitive decision-making, letting you focus on the content idea, not the dropdown menus.
How to avoid hitting limits and manage your credits
FluxNote's plans have clear limits: video generations per month and image credits. An image credit is consumed each time you generate an image (for an image-to-video project or as a static asset) using a model like FLUX 2 Pro or GPT Image 2.
A video generation is consumed each time you generate a video clip. Here's how to stay efficient.
First, always script your video fully before generating. Regenerating a 15-second video because you forgot a sentence costs another video credit.
Use the built-in script editor to perfect it. Second, for image-heavy videos (like a Reddit story), consider using the 'Illustration' template which uses Seedream v5—it's optimized to use fewer image credits per scene.
Third, monitor your usage from the dashboard sidebar. The usage bar updates in real-time.
If you're on the Free plan (1 video/month), you can still use all other features—browse voices, build scripts, explore templates—you just can't hit the final 'Generate' button more than once per calendar month. Fourth, if you consistently hit your limit, upgrade before the end of your billing cycle.
Your new video and image credits are added immediately, and your monthly reset date remains the same. Fifth, for team use, note that accounts are individual.
Sharing an account to pool credits violates our terms. For collaborative workflows, contact sales for a team plan (verify at https://fluxnote.io/contact).
Pro Tips
- Start with the Free plan and use your one video to test the 'Image to Video' feature—it consumes your video credit but not separate image credits, giving you the broadest test.
- If you publish 4+ videos per week, upgrade directly to the Pro plan ($15/mo annual for 50 videos). The Rise plan's 21 videos/month will constrain you by week three.
- For faceless content, always select the 'Faceless' template category first. It pre-sets the optimal video model (often Wan 2.6 or PixVerse v6) and disables voice settings that assume a human speaker.
- Use the 'Voice Preview' button extensively before generating. Listening to 3 different voices for your script takes 60 seconds and can save a full video credit on a poor match.
- Indian creators: Pay via UPI for local pricing (Rise ₹999/mo, Pro ₹1699/mo). It's approximately 3x cheaper than the US dollar price due to regional adjustments.
