How do I cancel my FluxNote subscription?
Short answer
Open Dashboard, go to Billing and choose Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew, and a confirmation email follows.
How to do it
- Open Dashboard.
- Go to Billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
- Look for the confirmation email.
What happens after you cancel
- Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
- Your account then moves to the Free plan.
- Videos and projects made on the paid plan stay available to view and download.
- New videos beyond the Free allowance need a paid plan.
Cancel before your renewal date
A plan renews until you cancel, so cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. The renewal date is in Account Settings, then Subscription, then Billing Details.
