When do FluxNote credits reset?
Short answer
Plan credits reset every month on your billing date, the day of the month your plan renews. Unused plan credits do not roll over, and that is true on quarterly and yearly plans too. Free-plan credits are added every calendar month.
Quarterly and yearly plans
If you pay quarterly or yearly you are charged up front, but credits still arrive monthly. You get your plan's monthly amount each month, not the whole period at once.
Running out before the reset
A one-time top-up adds credits to an active paid plan: $20 adds 2,500 credits, $40 adds 6,500 and $100 adds 18,000. Top-ups stack on your plan and expire 30 days after purchase.
Where to find your billing date
Open Account Settings, then Subscription, then Billing Details.
