How much does FluxNote cost?+
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed in USD, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Rise is $20 a month billed monthly, $14 a month billed quarterly or $10 a month billed yearly. Pro is $40, $28 or $20. Max is $100, $70 or $50. Ultra is $200, $140 or $100. Quarterly billing is 30% off the monthly price and yearly billing is 50% off.
Can I use FluxNote for free?+
Yes. The Free plan is always free and includes 100 credits every month, about one finished AI video of up to 30 seconds at 720p, plus 100 more credits once for following FluxNote on Instagram and 100 once for TikTok (TikTok is not available in every country), so you can make three videos in your first month. It also includes preview access to UGC Studio. No card is required, no video is watermarked, and the Free plan is for personal and evaluation use.
What are FluxNote credits?+
Credits are one shared pool for AI generation. Typical costs include 4 credits for a face-swap composite, 14–28 credits for a Nano-Banana UGC photo, 1–25 credits for an AI image, 25 credits for a 3-second video clip and 50 credits for a 5-second video clip.
Which plan should I choose?+
From Rise up, every paid plan includes every creative studio: AI video, Image, UGC, AD, Music and Lipsync Studios. Pro and above add the developer API and MCP, and higher plans add more monthly credits, more output and more audiobook capacity. Rise suits creators building a consistent workflow, Pro suits regular creators publishing every week, Max suits high-volume creators, and Ultra suits exceptional volume and production teams. You can change plans later in Dashboard, then Billing.
Is there a cheaper plan than Rise?+
For free accounts outside India, yes. Basic is $10 a month, $7 a month billed quarterly or $5 a month billed yearly. It includes 1,000 credits a month, uses standard and budget models only (premium models need Rise or above) and allows one saved series. AD, Music, UGC and Lipsync Studios need Rise or above. It is listed on the app pricing page.
Which plans include the developer API and MCP?+
Pro, Max and Ultra. They include API keys for the REST API and CLI and the MCP server for AI assistants, which can make videos, images, AI clips, music, voiceovers and audiobooks using your plan's credits. Rise includes every creative studio but not API or MCP access. Accounts already subscribed on 26 October 2026 keep the studios and access they had.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel at any time, no questions asked, in Dashboard, then Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you keep the access you paid for, and it will not renew. You receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed. What is the refund policy?+
Monthly charges are non-refundable once paid. Annual-plan refund requests can be submitted within seven days of purchase; see the Refund Policy for current eligibility and processing details.
How does billing work, and do plans renew automatically?+
Monthly plans are charged on the same calendar date each month. Quarterly and yearly plans are charged up front for the whole period. A plan keeps renewing until you cancel, so cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You can find the renewal date in Account Settings, then Subscription, then Billing Details.
Do monthly credits roll over?+
Plan credits reset every month on your billing date and do not roll over, including on quarterly and yearly plans. One-time top-ups stack on an active plan and expire 30 days after purchase.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
Plan credits reset every month on your billing date. If you need more before then, you can add a one-time top-up of $20, $40 or $100 to an active plan. Top-ups stack on your plan and expire 30 days after purchase.
What is the difference between a subscription and a credit top-up?+
A subscription provides a monthly credit allowance and unlocks FluxNote's paid creation suite. A top-up only adds extra generation credits to an active plan and does not unlock additional features by itself.
Do I need a paid plan to generate a video?+
No. The Free plan includes 100 credits a month, about one finished AI video, and up to three in your first month with the Instagram and TikTok follow credits. Paid plans unlock premium video and image models, the full voice and template libraries, Series automations, UGC Studio and much larger monthly allowances.
Which AI video models are included, and do they depend on my plan?+
Rise and above include premium video models. This page names Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Runway, Seedance and Hailuo. Model access varies by plan, for example Veo 3.1 in UGC video needs Pro or above.
Is there a watermark on any plan?+
Videos have no watermark on any plan, including Free. Images downloaded from Image Studio on the Free plan carry a small FluxNote.io mark; paid plans download them without it.
How do I change or downgrade my plan?+
Open Dashboard, then Billing, and change your plan there. A downgrade takes effect on the next renewal, so you keep the paid time you have already bought.
What happens to my videos if I cancel?+
No data is deleted straight away. You keep full access until the paid period ends, and then your account moves to the Free plan, which includes 100 credits a month (about one video). Videos and projects made on the paid plan stay available to view and download, but new videos beyond the Free limit need a paid plan.
What happens when a generation fails?+
Detected failed renders automatically return their credits. If an entire finished-video render fails, its video slot is restored as well.
Can I use generated content commercially?+
Paid plans include commercial usage rights for social posts, paid ads and client work. The Free plan is for personal and evaluation use.
Which payment methods and currency do you accept?+
Prices are in USD and payments are processed by Stripe. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Customers in India are billed in rupees through Razorpay; see the India page for details.
Do you offer team, agency or volume pricing?+
Yes. Agencies, teams and high-volume brands can ask for volume pricing, seats and production requirements with the Contact sales link at the bottom of the pricing page.
