What are FluxNote credits?

Credits are one shared pool for AI generation. Typical costs include 4 credits for a face-swap composite, 14–28 credits for a Nano-Banana UGC photo, 1–25 credits for an AI image, 25 credits for a 3-second video clip and 50 credits for a 5-second video clip.

Do monthly credits roll over?

Plan credits refresh on the first day of each month and do not roll over. One-time top-ups stack on an active plan and expire 30 days after purchase.

Can I use FluxNote for free?

Yes. The Free plan includes one AI-produced video per month at 720p, 100 credits to try Image Studio and preview access to UGC Studio. No card is required.

Do I need a paid plan to generate a video?

No. The Free plan includes one finished AI video per month. Paid plans unlock premium video and image models, the full voice and template libraries, Series automations, UGC Studio and much larger monthly allowances.

What is the difference between a subscription and a credit top-up?

A subscription provides a monthly credit allowance and unlocks FluxNote's paid creation suite. A top-up only adds extra generation credits to an active plan and does not unlock additional features by itself.

How do I cancel or downgrade?

Open Dashboard, then Billing. You can cancel or change your plan there. A cancellation keeps access active until the end of the current billing period, while a downgrade takes effect on the next renewal.

What is the refund policy?

Monthly charges are non-refundable once paid. Annual-plan refund requests can be submitted within seven days of purchase; see the Refund Policy for current eligibility and processing details.

What happens when a generation fails?

Detected failed renders automatically return their credits. If an entire finished-video render fails, its video slot is restored as well.

Can I use generated content commercially?

Paid plans include commercial usage rights for social posts, paid ads and client work. The Free plan is for personal and evaluation use.
