Switch from Higgsfield to FluxNote: Cancel and Download

Leaving Higgsfield takes four decisions: when to cancel, whether a refund is still possible, what to download first, and which parts of your work FluxNote's pages list features for. This guide covers each one with Higgsfield's own published rules, read on 21 Oct 2026. FluxNote publishes this page.

What matters most if you are leaving Higgsfield?

  • Cancelling turns off auto-renewal. Your plan and credits run to the end of the paid period, Unlimited access stops when the subscription ends, and your account and generations are not deleted.
  • Refunds are normally for an initial purchase, asked for in the first seven days or longer where your local law allows, and only if no credits were used. Credit Packs and mid-term upgrades have their own seven-day rules, and there are two exceptions. Renewals are not refundable, and a service fee of up to 6% comes off an approved refund.
  • Higgsfield's pages disagree on whether leftover Credit Pack credits survive cancelling, so spend them first.
  • Download from Assets and copy your prompts before the paid period ends. A trained Soul ID cannot be exported, so keep your 20 to 80 source photos.
  • The FluxNote pages read for this guide list no Cinema Studio, camera-preset library or one-click-app feature, and only an Identity Lock group of image models in place of Soul ID, so test it beside Higgsfield before you cancel anything you rely on.

Should you switch from Higgsfield to FluxNote?

FluxNote publishes this page and sells a competing product, so read it as a guide to leaving Higgsfield, not as a verdict on which tool is better. Every Higgsfield fact below comes from Higgsfield's own pages, read on 21 Oct 2026, and the last section describes where they come from.

The prices below are in US dollars. Higgsfield's prices exclude tax, and the FluxNote pages read do not mention tax.

This guide did not test either product. It covers what each company publishes.

Higgsfield's pages describe its own Soul and DoP models, Cinema Studio, camera controls, trained Soul ID characters and a library of one-click apps.

FluxNote's pages describe a different job: turning a topic or a script into a finished short video with an AI-written script, voiceover, captions and visuals, then repeating it on a schedule with saved Series and social publishing.

FluxNote's pages also list an Image Studio, UGC Studio and AD Studio.

Rise and above include premium video models, and FluxNote's pricing page names Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Runway, Seedance and Hailuo.

FluxNote does not clip or repurpose existing long videos or podcasts.

A practical rule.

If most of your Higgsfield work is single cinematic clips built on camera moves, Soul ID characters or its one-click apps, the FluxNote pages read for this guide list no Cinema Studio, camera-preset library or one-click-app feature, and only an Identity Lock group of image models in place of Soul ID, so run FluxNote's free plan beside Higgsfield before you cancel anything.

FluxNote's pricing page lists one finished video a month on Free, with the premium video models and the full voice and template libraries on paid plans.

If most of your work is repeatable short videos with voice and captions, or images and UGC-style ads, the rest of this guide shows how to move step by step.

What happens to your credits, files and Soul ID when you cancel Higgsfield?

Cancelling and deleting are different things at Higgsfield. Cancelling turns off auto-renewal and leaves your account, generations and assets in place. Deleting the account removes them. The table shows what each item does.

What you haveWhat Higgsfield says happensWhat to do first
Plan access and subscription creditsActive until the end of the paid period, then the credits expire permanentlyUse or regenerate what you need before the period ends
Unlimited access and free-generation poolsUnlimited access stops working when the subscription ends, and the Help Center says it becomes usable again if you resubscribe before its period expires. Unused Free Generations expireFinish batch work that depends on them
Credit Pack credits (90-day validity)Higgsfield's pages disagree (see below)Spend them before you cancel
Generations and assetsNot deleted when you cancelDownload them anyway
Soul ID charactersThey live inside Higgsfield and cannot be exportedKeep your 20 to 80 source photos
The account itself, if you delete itContent, trained characters and projects are removed after a 30-day restore window, and remaining credits are lostDo not delete until everything is downloaded

Higgsfield's pages disagree about Credit Pack credits. The Help Center says they stay available on the free plan, to be spent on free-plan models until their 90-day validity ends.

One FAQ answer says they are unavailable until you reactivate, and the Terms say unused Credits expire upon Account cancellation, a clause that does not say whether cancelling a Subscription counts. Spend pack credits before you cancel instead of relying on any of these readings.

Unlimited access is not tied to the date on a card. Higgsfield says that if your subscription ends or your plan changes to one without Unlimited, Unlimited access stops working, even if the stated period has days left.

The Help Center adds that it becomes usable again if you have an active subscription and the period has not expired, and that the period does not restart at renewal. Free Generations need an active subscription as well, and unused ones expire when it ends.

Before you cancel, finish any batch work that depends on those windows.

How do you cancel Higgsfield?

Higgsfield's Help Center gives these steps for an individual plan, as opposed to a Team, Scale or Enterprise plan.

  1. 1Click your avatar and select Manage Account.
  2. 2Open Subscription and scroll to the Plan Settings section at the bottom.
  3. 3Open Manage Subscription, select Show, then Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling turns off auto-renewal. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to the free tier. Higgsfield adds that cancelling does not delete your account or your generations, and that it is not a refund, because no money is returned automatically.

Higgsfield's Terms describe a different path: the Payment Setting page of your account, or an email to [email protected]. An email request must come from the subscriber's own address, and Higgsfield will not accept cancellation requests from third parties.

If the Help Center clicks do not match your screen, use the Terms route. This guide did not log in to Higgsfield, so check the labels on your own screen.

Five traps to check before you click.

  • Renewals are not refundable. Cancel before the next billing date. Your renewal date is shown at the top of the subscription page, right under your plan name.
  • Annual plans cannot be switched to monthly billing on any tier. To avoid a second year, cancel auto-renewal, keep full access to the end of the paid year, and subscribe to a monthly plan afterwards if you still want one.
  • Team, Scale and Enterprise plans are cancelled by the workspace owner from Organization settings with a Subscription Cancellation Request Form, and seats cannot be lowered mid-cycle on your own.
  • If you think you pay through an app store, note that Higgsfield says it has no mobile or desktop app, that purchases exist only on higgsfield.ai, and that Support cannot activate, transfer or refund anything bought elsewhere. Its Help Center gives no cancel steps for other channels.
  • Do not dispute the charge with your bank first. Higgsfield says a chargeback can result in permanent account restrictions, and asks you to contact Support before disputing.

Can you get a refund from Higgsfield?

Higgsfield has no standalone refund policy page at the usual addresses: /refund and /refund-policy returned HTTP 404 when read on 21 Oct 2026. The refund wording is in section 9.3 of the Terms of Use, last updated July 26, 2026, and the Help Center explains it. In short, refunds are normally all-or-nothing and tied to credit use.

What you boughtRefundable?Condition Higgsfield states
First subscription paymentYes, if you ask in timeWithin seven days of the initial purchase, or longer where your local law allows, and no credits used. A service fee of up to 6% is deducted
A renewalNoAutomatic renewals are not refundable
A mid-term upgradeAt Higgsfield's discretionWithin seven days of the upgrade and no credits from the upgraded plan used. The Terms return only the extra upgrade fee, not the base fee, and the Help Center words upgrades differently
Credit PacksYesWithin seven days of the purchase and zero credits from that pack used
Offers that unlock access, such as Unlimited periods or priorityNoNon-refundable once the access is granted
The unused part of an annual plan, after the windowNoThe plan stays active until the end of the paid year

Using free generations or Unlimited generations does not count as credit use, so they do not affect eligibility.

If any credits from the purchase were used, the refund is not available.

Higgsfield normally refunds in full or not at all, although its Help Center says that where local law requires it a partial refund may apply.

Consumers in the EEA and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal that ends early once you start using digital content from the purchase, such as spending credits or generating.

To ask, contact Support at [email protected] and include the email address on the account, the date of the purchase, the amount charged and a short reason. Processing takes up to three business days.

An approved refund cancels the subscription at once, so the account moves to the free tier at the moment of processing, not at the end of the billing period. That makes the order matter: if you want a refund, ask before you spend credits, and download what you need first.

Higgsfield lists two exceptions outside the standard rules. If it significantly degrades a paid plan or shuts down a paid feature entirely, you can cancel and get back the unused part. If it ends your account through no fault of yours, unused subscription fees and unused purchased credits, except promo credits, are refunded.

How do you download your work from Higgsfield before you leave?

Start in Assets. Higgsfield says every image, video and audio file you create is saved there automatically, whichever tool or model you used.

Each asset has a Download action, and you can select several and use the bulk action bar at the bottom, which offers Download, Publish all, Add to a folder, Like or Delete. The article does not say what a bulk download delivers, such as a zip file, so check your first batch before you rely on it.

It also does not say whether a download matches the generated resolution, so open one downloaded file and check.

Watermarks matter if you ever worked on the free tier. Higgsfield says every generation on a free account carries a Higgsfield watermark and paid plans come without one. Subscribing does not remove the watermark from files already made, so regenerate those while your paid period is still running.

Keep your prompts. Open an asset to copy the prompt that produced it and to see the model, resolution and creation date. Paste them into a document you control. For personal plans, Higgsfield's pages do not describe a way to export your generation history, library list or Canvas workflows as a file.

Soul ID is the item you cannot take.

Higgsfield says the trained identity lives inside its own ecosystem and is not exportable as a standalone file, while the images and videos made with it are ordinary assets you can download.

Training uses 20 or more photos of the same person, up to 80, so keep those source photos if you want to rebuild a character somewhere else.

Trained characters, saved settings and presets are deleted with the account, and no export is described for them.

On rights, the Terms say Higgsfield does not claim ownership of your Inputs or Outputs and does not restrict commercial use of Outputs, and that your rights in Outputs you generated and exported survive cancellation and deletion.

Do not treat Higgsfield as your archive.

The Terms say it has no obligation to store your content, may set retention periods that vary by subscription tier, and may move content on inactive accounts to cold storage after advance notice.

It may treat an account as inactive after 30 days with no login, no generation and no active subscription, which a leaver can reach quickly.

For a copy of your personal data, the Help Center says export is currently available to users in GDPR and UK regions, by emailing [email protected], with a reply within 30 days.

For residents of California and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws, the Privacy Policy lists a right to a portable copy of the personal information you provided, with a reply within 45 days that Higgsfield may extend by up to 45 more.

Ask rather than assume.

What do Higgsfield and FluxNote cost?

These are the plan prices each company showed on 21 Oct 2026, in US dollars. Higgsfield's prices exclude tax, and FluxNote's pages say USD and do not mention tax. Higgsfield's Pro and Max cards open at their smallest credit tier, and higher tiers cost more. FluxNote's public pricing page opens on quarterly billing.

Higgsfield, per month:

PlanBilled monthlyBilled yearly
Basic, 120 credits$9$9
Pro, 600 credits$29$23
Max, 1,800 credits$79$59

FluxNote, per month:

PlanBilled monthlyBilled yearly
Basic, for free accounts outside India$10$5
Rise$20$10
Pro$40$20
Max$100$50
Ultra$200$100

On free plans, Higgsfield offers limited models and, per its Help Center, no credits, and generations on a free account are watermarked.

FluxNote's pricing page says its Free plan includes one finished video a month at 720p and 100 Image Studio credits, with no card.

FluxNote also lists quarterly billing at $14 a month for Rise and $28 for Pro.

Higgsfield annual plans reset credits every 30 days, though the payment is charged once a year, and a year of Pro billed annually is 12 times $23, or $276 up front.

Do not compare credit totals. A credit buys a different amount in each product, and Higgsfield publishes its own estimates, such as 300 Nano Banana Pro generations or about 40 Seedance 2.5 videos for Pro at 600 credits.

Compare the credit cost of the model and settings you use, then run one real project on both. FluxNote's plans are on its pricing page.

Prices change, so confirm on the live pages before you pay.

Which Higgsfield features does FluxNote list?

This table sets what Higgsfield's pages describe against what FluxNote's pages list. It records what is published, not how well anything works, and it does not claim FluxNote matches Higgsfield item for item. "Not listed" means not named on the FluxNote pricing, app pricing, models, features and free-tools pages read on 21 Oct 2026.

Around the clip, FluxNote's pages list a script writer, voiceover, 25 caption styles, 30+ templates, an editor, saved Series that repeat a format, and social publishing, with the full voice and template libraries and Series automations on paid plans.

If those are what you do after the clip leaves Higgsfield, they are the parts of FluxNote's pages to check.

FluxNote does not clip or repurpose existing long videos or podcasts, and its pages do not list Higgsfield's Soul, DoP or Cinema Studio.

If you rely on a model that is not on FluxNote's pages, such as a particular Wan version, test it before you cancel. FluxNote's app catalogue can list more than its pricing pages name, and model access depends on the plan.

How do you start on FluxNote while your Higgsfield plan runs out?

Your Higgsfield plan stays active until the end of the paid period after you cancel, so one way to test a move is to overlap the two.

  1. 1Download everything from Assets, copy the prompts you want to reuse, and keep your Soul ID source photos.
  2. 2If you want a refund and are inside the seven-day, no-credits window, ask for it before you use more credits. Otherwise cancel auto-renewal now, since cancelling does not cut your access.
  3. 3Open a FluxNote free account. FluxNote's pricing page says it includes one finished video a month at 720p, 100 credits to try Image Studio and preview access to UGC Studio, needs no card, and is for personal and evaluation use. Free does not include the premium video models, which come with Rise and above.
  4. 4Rebuild one real project from your saved prompts, not a demo. Compare the result with the Higgsfield original on the things you care about, such as motion, faces and text.
  5. 5If it works, pick a paid plan. Rise and above include the premium video models, and paid plans include commercial usage rights for social posts, paid ads and client work. You can cancel FluxNote any time in Dashboard, then Billing, and the plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Start on the free plan.

Where this information comes from, and what could not be checked

Higgsfield facts were read from higgsfield.ai on 21 Oct 2026 with a US English browser: the pricing page, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and Help Center articles on cancelling, refunds, plans, credits, Unlimited access, watermarks, accounts, billing and Soul ID.

FluxNote facts come from fluxnote.io and app.fluxnote.io on the same day and from FluxNote's own fact sheet.

Each Higgsfield number and policy sentence was checked against the page it comes from on that date, and the main pages are listed below.

Higgsfield can change its pages and terms, so check the live page before you act.

Five things were not verified. The cancel screens sit behind a login, so the steps come from the Help Center and the Terms, which name different paths.

The prices were read from India with a US locale, and Higgsfield's own data call reported a US-dollar price list. Higgsfield's pages disagree on whether free accounts get daily credits, so this guide does not say they do.

No retention period for web generations is published, and Higgsfield does not say whether bulk download is a zip or matches the original resolution. Finally, Higgsfield's time-limited Unlimited offers carry deadlines that were not confirmed, so this guide does not count on them.

Pages read on 21 Oct 2026, the ones that carry most of the facts above:

FluxNote's own pages read the same day: pricing, features, models and free tools, and the app pricing page.
