Leaving ImagineArt takes four decisions: when to cancel, whether a refund is still possible, what to download first, and which parts of your work FluxNote's pages list features for. This guide covers each one with ImagineArt's own published rules, read on 21 Oct 2026. FluxNote publishes this page.
By the FluxNote Editorial Team

What matters most if you are leaving ImagineArt?
- Cancel on the web at Settings, Plan & Billing, Danger Zone, Cancel Subscription. Access continues to the end of the paid period. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there.
- A refund can be requested for a first purchase in the first three days of a monthly or quarterly plan or the first five days of an annual plan, and only if no more than 300 credits were used. The policy adds a few narrow cases, and failing to cancel before a renewal is listed as non-refundable.
- Plan credits do not roll over, and after your subscription lapses top-ups work only on Free-plan features.
- ImagineArt gives no steps for a bulk export (its Privacy Policy points to account-settings instructions that were not checked) and says it is not obligated to provide copies of your Outputs if your account is terminated, so download what you need first.
- Deleting the account cancels every plan you own at once, with no pro-rated refund.
- The FluxNote pages read for this guide list no Film or Fashion Studio, no plugins for Photoshop or Premiere Pro and no unlimited-model plans, and the FluxNote navigation links a Creator Workflows page that was not read.
Should you switch from ImagineArt to FluxNote?
FluxNote publishes this page and sells a competing product, so read it as a guide to leaving ImagineArt, not as a verdict on which tool is better. Every ImagineArt fact below was read from ImagineArt's own pages on 21 Oct 2026, and the last section describes where they come from.
The prices below are the US view in US dollars, although ImagineArt says prices appear in your local currency and FluxNote bills in rupees in India. The FluxNote pages read do not mention tax.
This guide did not test either product. It covers what each company publishes.
ImagineArt's pages describe a large creative suite: image and video generation across dozens of models, Film, Fashion and Ad Studios, Workflows with more than 100 models, Imagine Apps templates, audio tools, tools to edit, caption and clip existing video, and plugins for Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
FluxNote's pages describe a narrower job: turning a topic or a script into a finished short video with an AI-written script, voiceover, captions and visuals, repeated on a schedule with saved Series.
FluxNote's pages also list an Image Studio, UGC Studio, AD Studio, Lipsync Studio and Music Studio.
It does not clip or repurpose existing long videos or podcasts.
A practical rule.
If you use ImagineArt for its unlimited-model plans, its Film or Fashion Studios, Workflows, its tools for editing or clipping existing video, or its plugins, the FluxNote pages read for this guide list no unlimited-model plans, no Film or Fashion Studio, no plugins, no clipper and no text-to-edit video tool, and name no tool for captioning an uploaded video (the app pricing page lists "AI captions" without saying what they apply to), so run FluxNote's free plan beside ImagineArt before you cancel anything.
FluxNote's pricing page lists one finished video a month on Free, with the premium video models and the full voice and template libraries on paid plans.
If you mostly make short videos with voice and captions, or images and ads, the rest of this guide shows how to move step by step.
What happens to your credits and files when you cancel ImagineArt?
Cancelling and deleting an account are different at ImagineArt. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access to the end of the paid period.
Deleting the account cancels every plan you own at once, with no pro-rated refund. For a personal account the data cannot be recovered after the 7-day cooling-off window, and team workspace deletion is immediate.
The table shows what each item does.
| What you have | What ImagineArt says happens | What to do first |
|---|---|---|
| Plan access | Continues through the end of the current billing period | Use the time you paid for |
| Plan credits | They do not roll over. The Help Center says they refresh every month on any billing term, and one pricing FAQ says each billing cycle | Spend them before the period ends, and ask support which rule applies |
| Top-up credits | They never expire, but you need an active subscription to buy them. After a lapse they work only on Free-plan features | Spend them before you cancel |
| Credits if the account is closed | Unused credits are forfeited and not refunded, except where the law requires or at ImagineArt's discretion | Do not close the account early |
| Your creations | ImagineArt does not guarantee they are stored or retrievable forever and encourages you to keep backups | Download everything |
| Saved characters, styles and elements | No export is described. Brand kits were not checked | Keep your reference images |
| A team plan | The shared subscription ends with the owner's plan, and members lose plan features and the shared credit pool | Move members' work out first |
Two details catch people out.
Yearly billing does not mean yearly credits: ImagineArt's Help Center says credits refresh every month whichever billing term you are on, and unused plan credits expire when the cycle renews.
One FAQ on its pricing page words it differently, saying credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, so ask support which applies to your plan.
And ImagineArt does not say in so many words what a cancelled account can do, but its top-up rule points to Free-plan restrictions after a lapse.
It says accounts without an active subscription receive 100 free credits every day, and that Pro-labelled models need an active subscription, which free daily credits cannot unlock.
It does not say what happens to saved assets or private generations.
How do you cancel ImagineArt?
ImagineArt's Help Center gives these steps for a web subscription.
- 1Go to imagine.art/home and click Login in the top-right corner.
- 2Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar to open the profile menu, then click Settings.
- 3In the Settings sidebar, under your team, click Plan & Billing. You can also go straight to imagine.art/settings/billing.
- 4Scroll down and expand Danger Zone. Under Unsubscribe Plan, click Cancel Subscription, then follow the prompts until you see a confirmation that your cancellation has been processed.
Access to your subscription features continues through the end of your current billing period, and ImagineArt says no additional charges occur unless you resubscribe. Its Terms add that it does not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle. The refund policy also says you can cancel future renewals by email to [email protected].
Four traps to check before you click.
- If you bought through the iOS App Store or Google Play, cancel there: on iOS go to Settings, your name, Subscriptions, ImagineArt, then Cancel Subscription, and on Android open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, ImagineArt, then Cancel subscription. Those cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.
- ImagineArt's pages disagree about web and mobile subscriptions. The cancel page and the mobile page say they are linked, while the Other FAQs say they are separate and must be managed independently. Cancel where you bought, then check the other place.
- A scheduled upgrade can block you. If you choose end-of-period activation for a new plan, cancellation options are unavailable until the new billing cycle begins. Downgrades also take effect only after the current period ends, and an immediate downgrade needs support.
- Cancel before the renewal date. ImagineArt lists failing to cancel before the renewal billing date as a non-refundable case.
Can you get a refund from ImagineArt?
ImagineArt's refund policy is narrow. It is published at docs.imagine.art, and imagine.art/refund-policy returned a not-found page when read on 21 Oct 2026. The policy page shows no last-updated date, and it says refunds are subject to verification.
| Situation | Refundable? | Condition ImagineArt states |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly or quarterly plan, first purchase | On request, subject to verification | Within three calendar days of the initial purchase, and no more than 300 credits used |
| Annual plan, first purchase | On request, subject to verification | Within five calendar days of the initial purchase, and no more than 300 credits used |
| A later payment (the policy's "subscription updates") | Limited | Accepted only within three calendar days of the charge, with a 50% deduction from the refundable amount. The wording covers any payment after the initial charge, which on its face includes renewals, but the policy separately lists failing to cancel before renewal as non-refundable |
| Platform failure | At ImagineArt's discretion | A verified failure of ImagineArt's platform that lasts more than 24 consecutive hours |
| Duplicate or unauthorised charges | Yes | Refunded after verification or investigation |
| Dissatisfaction with the output, a change of mind, or forgetting to cancel | No | Listed as non-refundable |
ImagineArt can deduct a reasonable administrative fee from an approved refund, and where consumer law requires more, the law applies. Requests go by email to [email protected], and ImagineArt says it generally responds within ten business days.
It refunds to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, and it may offer account credit instead. Its pricing-page FAQ summarises the rule as refunds within 3 to 5 days if under 300 credits are used.
The FAQ says under 300 and the policy says no more than 300, so keep your usage below 300 to be safe.
There is no refund for the remaining time of a plan you cancel, unless the policy provides otherwise.
The Terms say fees and purchased credit packs are generally non-refundable, and the account-deletion policy says it does not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining period of a cancelled plan if you delete the account.
Talk to support before you start a chargeback, which the policy says customers are expected to do.
If you want a refund, email in the first days and keep your credit use under 300.
How do you export your work from ImagineArt before you leave?
ImagineArt's pages tell you to download an individual result, and its mobile app lets you view, download and share past generations, but they give no steps for a bulk download or an export of your generation history. Treat that as a manual job: open each creation you need and download it, and do it before the paid period ends.
Be careful with the plan you leave behind.
ImagineArt's Terms say you can delete your account at any time and that termination of your account takes effect once processed, which takes 7 days.
They also say that upon any termination your content may no longer be accessible to you and that ImagineArt is not obligated to provide copies of your Outputs or data post-termination, so you should save important content beforehand.
They add that ImagineArt does not guarantee your Inputs or Outputs are stored or retrievable forever and encourage you to keep your own backups.
Do not use ImagineArt as your archive.
Video downloads carry no watermark on any plan, according to ImagineArt's AI video generator page. Its pages do not say the same about images, so open a downloaded image and check it.
If you build in Workflows, an Export node can send generated outputs to a Google Drive folder you choose. That is the only route to Google Drive its Help Center describes, and it moves what a workflow generates, not your existing library.
ImagineArt describes no way to take saved characters, styles or elements with you, and brand kits were not checked. ImagineArt says a character is built from your uploaded reference images, so keep those images if you want to recreate a character elsewhere.
For a copy of your personal data, ImagineArt's Privacy Policy says to follow the instructions in your account settings to download your personal data or generated content.
Those screens need a login and were not checked, so ask support if you cannot find them.
On training, ImagineArt says that by default it will not use your personal content for AI model training without your consent.
If you decide to delete the account, remember what that does: every plan you own is cancelled at once, and for a personal account the data cannot be recovered after the 7-day cooling-off window.
What do ImagineArt and FluxNote cost?
These are prices each company showed on 21 Oct 2026, in US dollars.
ImagineArt's Help Center lists monthly, quarterly and yearly prices and a Standard plan, but its logged-out pricing page showed only yearly billing on the Individual Plans tab and no Standard card, and it shows a 45,000-credit Creator tier that the Help Center table does not list.
The table therefore uses Basic, where the sources agree, and tells you to check the live page for the rest.
FluxNote's public pricing page opens on quarterly billing.
ImagineArt, per month:
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Free, 100 credits a day | $0 | |
| Basic, 3,000 credits | $13 | $9 |
FluxNote, per month:
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Basic, for free accounts outside India | $10 | $5 |
| Rise | $20 | $10 |
| Pro | $40 | $20 |
| Max | $100 | $50 |
| Ultra | $200 | $100 |
FluxNote's pricing page says its Free plan includes one finished video a month at 720p and 100 Image Studio credits, with no card.
ImagineArt also lists a quarterly Basic price of $11 a month, and FluxNote lists Rise at $14 a month and Pro at $28 on quarterly billing.
ImagineArt says discounts and promotions can change, that people who bought before 27 September 2025 are on legacy plans that may have different prices and credit amounts, and that it charges applicable taxes as required by law.
Do not compare credit totals. A credit buys a different amount in each product, and FluxNote's credits come from one monthly pool shared by video, image, UGC, audio and assistant work.
Compare the credit cost of the model and settings you use, then run one real project on both. FluxNote's plans are on its pricing page.
Its plan credits refresh on the first day of each month and do not roll over, and its one-time top-ups expire 30 days after purchase.
Which ImagineArt features does FluxNote list?
This table sets what ImagineArt's pages describe against what FluxNote's pages list. It records what is published, not how well anything works, and it does not claim FluxNote matches ImagineArt item for item. "Not listed" means not named on the FluxNote pricing, app pricing, models, features and free-tools pages read on 21 Oct 2026.
| Capability | ImagineArt's pages | FluxNote's pages | Fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Video models | Seedance 2.5, Google Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 Pro, Hailuo 02 Pro and Runway 4.5 among 37 in its picker | Seedance 2.5 and 2.0, Kling 3.0 Pro, Veo 3.1, Runway Gen 4 Turbo and Hailuo 02 Pro, with access varying by plan | Both list Seedance 2.5, Kling 3.0 Pro, Veo 3.1 and Hailuo 02 Pro. Runway differs: 4.5 on ImagineArt, Gen 4 Turbo on FluxNote |
| Image models | ImagineArt 2.0, Nano Banana, GPT Image, Flux and Seedream, and more | Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image, Seedream and FLUX models in Image Studio | Both list Nano Banana, GPT Image, Seedream and FLUX. ImagineArt 2.0 is its own model |
| Unlimited generation | Per-model, time-limited access on Ultimate and Creator under its Unlimited Generation Policy, for example 7 days for some image models and 3 for video. The plan table and cards say only unlimited | Credits from one monthly pool. Unlimited applies to re-renders and saved Series, not model generations | Different model |
| Studios | Film, Fashion and Ad Studios | UGC Studio and AD Studio | Both list an ad studio. Film and Fashion Studios are not listed |
| Editing existing video | Edit Video changes a clip from a text description, Captions burns styled captions into your video, and an Auto Clipper turns long-form content into short clips | FluxNote's video product does not clip or repurpose existing long videos or podcasts into short clips. Its pages name no tool for captioning an uploaded video (the app pricing page lists "AI captions" without saying what they apply to) or for editing a clip from a text description, but do list animated captions for generated videos, AI Lip Sync that can re-sync an existing clip, and a free audio trimmer | Stay on ImagineArt for clipping and text edits. Check captioning before you move |
| Workflows, Imagine Apps and plugins | Workflows with 100+ models, 150+ app templates, plugins for Photoshop and Premiere Pro | No plugins or node-based workflow builder listed on the pages read. FluxNote lists 30+ video templates on paid plans, and its navigation links a Creator Workflows page that was not read | Stay on ImagineArt for these |
| Lip sync, voice and music | Lip Sync, text to speech and ElevenLabs music models | Lipsync Studio and Music Studio on Rise and above, and 350+ voices in 27 languages on paid plans | Both list these |
| Private generations | From Standard in the Help Center, from Ultimate on the live cards, and on paid plans in general on its AI video page | Not listed | Check before you move sensitive work |
| Watermarks | ImagineArt says video downloads carry none on any plan | No FluxNote export is watermarked on any plan | ImagineArt's statement covers video downloads. FluxNote's covers every export |
Around the clip, FluxNote's pages list a script writer, 25 caption styles, 30+ templates, an editor, saved Series that repeat a format, and social publishing, with the full voice and template libraries and Series automations on paid plans.
If those are your next steps after generating, compare them with ImagineArt's Captions and Edit Video tools.
FluxNote does not clip or repurpose existing long videos or podcasts.
If you rely on one particular model or on unlimited generation, test it before you cancel. FluxNote's app catalogue can list more models than its pricing pages name, and model access depends on the plan.
How do you start on FluxNote while your ImagineArt plan runs out?
Your ImagineArt plan stays active until the end of the paid period after you cancel, so one way to test a move is to overlap the two.
- 1Download every creation you need, and keep the reference images behind any saved character.
- 2If you want a refund and are inside the three or five day window with 300 credits or fewer used, email [email protected] before you spend more. Otherwise cancel before the renewal date.
- 3Open a FluxNote free account. FluxNote's pricing page says it includes one finished video a month at 720p, 100 credits to try Image Studio and preview access to UGC Studio, needs no card, and is for personal and evaluation use. Free does not include the premium video models, which come with Rise and above.
- 4Rebuild one real project from your saved prompts and references, not a demo. Compare the result with the ImagineArt original on what you care about, such as motion, faces and text.
- 5If it works, pick a paid plan. Rise and above include the premium video models, and paid plans include commercial usage rights for social posts, paid ads and client work. You can cancel FluxNote any time in Dashboard, then Billing, and the plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Start on the free plan. Leaving another tool as well? See the guides for leaving Higgsfield and VEED.
Where this information comes from, and what could not be checked
ImagineArt facts were read on 21 Oct 2026 from its Help Center at docs.imagine.art (cancel, billing, plans, credits, refund policy, Terms and Conditions, account deletion, Privacy Policy and Unlimited Generation Policy), from imagine.art/subscription with a US view, and from its product pages.
FluxNote facts come from fluxnote.io and app.fluxnote.io on the same day and from FluxNote's own fact sheet.
Each ImagineArt number and policy sentence was checked against the page it comes from on that date, and the main pages are listed below.
ImagineArt can change its pages and terms, so check the live page before you act.
Five things were not verified. The in-app cancel screens sit behind a login, so the steps come from the Help Center.
The checkout total and whether the listed prices exclude tax were not seen. The Help Center and the live pricing page differ in their plan line-up above Basic, so this guide does not table plans above Basic.
Whether images carry a watermark on any plan, whether brand kits can be exported, and what the account-settings download screens offer are not published or were not checked. And ImagineArt does not say what happens to saved assets and private generations after a plan is cancelled, so assume nothing beyond the access and credit rules above.
