How to Cancel InVideo Subscription

InVideo AI is a web-only product. There is no InVideo desktop app with its own billing, so almost all users cancel directly on the InVideo website.

Once canceled, InVideo will confirm via email. Your paid plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account automatically downgrades to the free plan. You will not be charged again.

Note: If you do not see a Subscriptions option in your profile dropdown, you may be on the free plan already, or your subscription may be managed through the iOS App Store (see the iOS section below).

If you subscribed to InVideo through the Apple App Store on an iPhone or iPad, Apple controls your billing. You must cancel through iOS, not through the InVideo website.

Apple will show an expiration date confirming when your access ends. Pro access continues until that date, then your account reverts to the free plan.

If InVideo does not appear in your Apple subscriptions list, your subscription is not managed by Apple. Check the InVideo website directly or search your email for the original billing receipt to confirm where you subscribed.

InVideo's refund policy has a strict 7-day window with a usage condition. As of June 2026, per InVideo's help center, refunds are available only if:

• You request the refund within 7 days of your original purchase or most recent renewal date
• You have not generated or downloaded any video or asset during that billing period

If either condition is not met, InVideo does not issue refunds, regardless of circumstances. There are no prorated refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.

For iOS App Store subscriptions, refund requests must go through Apple, not InVideo. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple typically approves refund requests submitted within 14 days of the charge for subscriptions not yet heavily used.

Practical reality: if you have created or downloaded even a single video since your last billing date, InVideo considers the subscription used and the refund window is closed.
