KineMaster Subscription 2026: Premium Cost & Free vs Paid

KineMaster's official pricing comparison, published June 3, 2026 and checked September 5, lists Premium at $8.99/month or $59.99/year in USD.

The article explicitly notes that region, platform, taxes and promotions can change the amount.

At those reference rates, twelve monthly payments total $107.88. The annual payment is $47.89 less and works out to about $5/month, paid upfront. It is not a $5 monthly subscription.

For an INR price, open the Premium purchase screen using the Apple or Google account you will actually pay with. Compare the monthly and annual options there, including the renewal amount and any trial terms. We have not verified a current India checkout quote, so we do not present an old rupee figure or a converted US price as today's India price.

Record the currency, billing period, total due now and next renewal date. If an introductory offer is shown, compare its renewal price rather than extending the discount across a whole year.

The same official article says the free toolkit includes AI tools and 4K export. Premium removes the watermark and advertising, permits exports with Premium assets and includes 10GB of KineCloud storage. Do not buy Premium solely because a comparison says free exports stop at 1080p.

Test your actual footage on your device first: import a clip, add captions, adjust audio and export. Device performance, storage and source quality matter independently of whether you subscribe.

Use monthly billing when you need one project or are still testing the editor. Annual billing can cost less if you keep using it, but it also commits money before you know how many projects you will finish. At the published reference prices, seven monthly payments exceed one annual payment; use your local quote to redo that calculation.

For a realistic budget, divide the subscription and any separately licensed assets by the number of usable finished videos. Count your editing time separately. An editing subscription and an AI generation credit allowance are not interchangeable units.

Use KineMaster's official features and subscription help to check account and cancellation instructions. Keep the receipt and identify the store or provider that billed you. Confirm cancellation and the access end date with that provider; do not assume deleting the app stops renewal.

Check licensing for any music or assets you plan to reuse outside the editor. A paid editing plan does not establish rights to third-party footage you upload.
